Foundations of hypnotherapy
The subconscious mind, self-hypnosis, terminology, suggestibility, inductions, deepeners, kinesiology in hypnotherapy, and setting up your practice.
The therapeutic relationship
Counselling and coaching skills, communication, rapport, psychological principles, scripting, and inner child work.
Trauma-informed hypnotherapy
Working safely with trauma: understanding the nervous system, avoiding retraumatisation, and turning trauma into meaning and purpose.
Weight loss
The root causes of weight issues, biological factors, trauma and weight gain, creating healthy aversions, virtual gastric band and SMART goals.
Addictions
Smoking, vaping, alcohol and other addictions: what drives them and the session structures that actually shift them.
Regression & deeper-level healing
Analytical hypnotherapy, age regression, dream analysis, past lives, spiritual hypnotherapy and intuition.
Parts therapy

The Diploma is accredited by the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA, USA), including for fully online delivery, and recognised throughout the English-speaking world including New Zealand, Australia, the UK and the US. On graduating, you can register with professional bodies and practise as a clinical hypnotherapist.

Do I need any prior qualifications?
No. We teach everything from the ground up, including counselling and coaching skills.
Can I really learn hypnotherapy online?
Yes. Our Zoom classes are live and practical, you'll practise techniques in every session, and the IMDHA fully accredits our online training. Students train with us from all over the world.
How long does it take?
For the certificate, 1-3 months and 4-12 months for the diploma depending how much time a week you dedicate to study.
What if I fall behind?
Classes are recorded, the platform is yours for life, and we're genuinely nice about it.
