Caroline Cranshaw is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Weight loss & Addictions specialist, a Sex & Relationship Coach, Health Coach, and a self-confessed know it all obsessed with helping people heal whatever other issues they may have. 

She is also the author of the Amazon bestseller The Smoking Cure: How to Quit Smoking Without Feeling Like Sh*t and has a private practice in Auckland, New Zealand. She gives advice on her podcast WTF Stories and Advice with Daryl Gove.

She teaches hypnotherapy and writes the curriculum at The Integrative Hypnotherapy Institute, facilitating workshops and corporate training.

Meet Daryl Gove

Daryl is widely considered the top hypnotherapy trainer in New Zealand, having trained hundreds of students. He runs a private Auckland practice, and has been teaching clinical hypnotherapy and life coaching for over ten years. He co-hosts the WTF Stories and Advice podcast with Caroline and is working toward a Bachelor of Natural Medicine.

His specialist areas: working with children, families, anxiety, chronic pain and health conditions. Students single him out constantly — for making complex material clear, and for the calm, generous, unhurried way he holds space for people learning difficult work.

Meet Grant Bodle

Grant is a co-founder of IHI — and also one of its first students, so he's a living example of what the training produces. A Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualified Nutritionist and Level 5 Personal Trainer, he runs his own Auckland practice specialising in weight loss, addictions and habit change, and is one of

New Zealand's most experienced Virtual Gastric Band practitioners.

He's also the reason IHI runs the way it does. Grant edits the class videos and the WTF podcast, prints and sends every manual, sets up every workshop, and runs the financials. Caroline and Daryl teach — Grant makes sure the whole machine actually works.
